      Pros

      Product management were solid. Products are some of the best found in the cv or's. The equipment has always been regarded as the best.

      Cons

      Pathetic sales management. They have ruined a once great company and now manage by intimidation. Upper management have lost customer trust and trust of field sales. Arrogance now rules.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
