      Pros

      Good therapies. It used to be a 5star job.

      Cons

      They continue to slash and capped commissions without explanation. Within weeks of a national meeting where the sales force was praised they roll out a commission plan that is completely disincentivizing. Morale has been as low as I’ve ever seen it and no one trusts the leadership. There isn’t a single person in upper management who will standup and be accountable for these decisions. They have decided to increase profits by taking it out of the sales force's compensation.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
