      Pros

      NONE. People are backstabbing, corporate climbers, looking for their own interests. Management promotes people who don’t speak their mind and just drink the koolaid. No independent thinkers at higher levels. You’re not hired for that. You hired to be a cheerleader. God help you if you use your brain and if you’re truly ethical.

      Cons

      No job security, and leadership maintains a fake culture.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
