      Pros

      Colleagues up to Manager level. Nice products and high margins.

      Cons

      This company has currently no culture. Horrible matrix organisation. 3.500 people and 50+ Vice Presidents in the organisation. Very high Sales and Administration costs, wonder why no Analyst or Investor is challanging the CEO. Stock is currently fully overpriced. Board of directors is selling shares after pushing the company very hard to increase sales.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
