      No work/life balance Company culture was to put results first and people last, no matter how long or hard they worked

While our level of organizational activity can be exciting, we also realize it can come with workload challenges for our current employees. Thank you for highlighting the importance of “Culture”. With the launch of the MVP (Mission, Vision and Pillars) in the last quarter of 2019, Culture is one of the priorities the Management Team is definitely focusing on.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
