      Pros

      Great balance between work and personal life. You get to work with people from different parts of the world.

      Cons

      Being remote sometimes you can feel detached from the company or your team, however, I believe this is going to be the new normal and people need to find ways to work as a team while being physically distant.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
