      Company makes good, life saving products

      Cons

      Very top heavy in span of control with too many VPs and Directors. Very low employee engagement score where HR holds one of lowest scores which is not surprising.

Within the past year, we have also started hosting virtual town halls to further communicate company-wide information and engage with employees.       Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
