      Pros

      Employees willing to adjust and work hard as things change. Managed the COVID disruption to daily work extremely well. Product technology is important to delivering therapy to patients so the general mission is positive. New D&I initiatives are great to see.

      Cons

      Compensation has tanked. Continuing education is non-existent which is problematic if the company wants to move toward digital healthcare. Under resourced in multiple areas. Strategy changes faster than the weather.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
