Pros

people are really nice in the different plants and they really know what they do at an operational level.

Cons

constant changes in direction, decisions were slow for the dimension of the company, and often it was not clear why they were made.

Though, We’re disappointed to hear you didn’t feel connected to our corporate strategy. We know the pandemic has meant we had to pivot, which is why we’ve ensured regular communication with all employees. We share on a quarterly basis with employees through townhalls led by our CEO, and again through team meetings. And of course, always on-hand through our intranet.

Pros

I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

Cons

The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
