Pros

The pay can be okay.

Cons

Absolutely toxic employees. I reported an employee for repeated harassment and was let go once I had a nervous breakdown and needed to have medical leave as a result. I wasn't the first to report this employee but was punished for moving it up the chain properly. Prior to that they had me do extra work for 6 months for a promotion that they ended up giving to someone that just started, they asked me to train them too. This is for the Pittsburgh location. I couldn't recommend a job there until management addresses the concerns of their employees and doesn't punish them for trying to improve upon the quality of the workplace.

Pros

I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

Cons

The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
