      Pros

      Management is focused on consistently improving. People-focused - supportive, collaborative culture. Midsize - stability of a big company with the flexibility of a startup. Clear and focused mission - you get to help people who need help.

      Cons

      Lacks the bells and whistles of the premier tech companies. Slow product releases recently.

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
