This is a sales organization, but they do not do what is right for patients, physicians, or employees. Organizations need to balance people and profits.
Managment does not care about real territory challenges. The organization charges too much for the product. Hospitals cannot afford this procedure.
You are a sales number and that is it. The management does not know anything about the product. They are there to get you to make your number or get out. There is absolutely NO diversity.
