      Pros

      Paychecks arrive every two weeks, fellow coworkers are mostly pleasant, employees do care, decent work-life balance depending on the manager.

      Cons

      Limited to no resources, new leadership has ZERO experience leading a company from an enterprise level. Leaders pay lipservice to having a "performance-based culture". Stock price has gone down significantly since last year, no real concrete plan for how to get out of it. zero meaningful innovation

      Pros

      I think leadership puts a lot of thought into strategy, including the new human imperatives. They're having the right discussions and gathering employee insights. The culture is good and getting better from where i sit (but there is a lot of variability on experiences based on location culture) and I haven't met very many 'weak links' - people are smart and they work hard. Most people really, sincerely care about helping patients.

      Cons

      The size of the company means career pathing will just be limited. You really have to take control of your path and forge it- you can't wait for the organization to bubble up opportunities for you in a way that may be possible at larger organizations.
