      Pros

      I've worked at enough tech companies to know that what we have at LiveRamp is \ unique. So few companies are lucky enough to experience growth as quickly as we have. To also have a strong, supportive culture makes LiveRamp even more rare.

      Cons

      Growing pains are inevitable. We need to make sure we continue to practice our values not just preach them.

      Tough sales environment. Most sellers cycle through in 12-18 months. Very few hit OTE.
