This is one of the most incredible companies I could ever dream of working for. From the leadership all the way down the line. We have the most amazing team of people you could ever ask for/to work alongside! Everyone is a team player and in the best interest of each other, as individuals, and the company as a whole. Incredible work ethic across the entire staff - but still the motto of "work hard, play hard" -we take business very seriously but make sure have fun together and laugh too! We are a big family - not only internally but also amongst our Partner database (what the outside world would call "Clients"). Most of our Partners are truly connected to the DNA of LiveRez. LiveRez has developed a culture that truly acts out of a genuine care and concern and comradery. Our head honcho/CEO, Tracy Lotz truly cares about his employees and Partners - he truly wants to make sure he is taking care of everyone and the best possible leader he could be. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to work for LiveRez!
Cons
Some transitional pains at times, but for the overall good. You need to think outside the box and be proactive in your efforts. Learning curve and high expectations, but incredible support throughout the team.
