Pros
As you may be able to piece together by recent inflammatory reviews, LiveRez has recently cleaned house of a number of management employees. I can tell you that people are not fleeing or being fired weekly, rather the consensus seems to be that our recent turnover has put the company back on track, and that the office dynamic has become overwhelmingly more positive and friendly! The CEO constantly puts employees and partners first, contrary to what these disgruntled employees may claim. The LiveRez work environment is like a family- friendly, and always supportive. Even more-so now that management has been shifted. You would be hard pressed to find this culture in another work environment.
Cons
The previous manager, was a bit... tyrannical. Favoritism was a major factor in upward mobility in the company. Money was not managed well. Luckily, she is no longer a part of the LiveRez family.
