Horrible company to work for, toxic culture - Another Cog In the Machine LiveRez Employee Review

I am honored to be apart of the Live Rez team. Live Rez is represented best as a tight knit community of very determined, creative individuals who care deeply for the establishment. As I was browsing through these reviews, I felt the need to clear the air of previous FALSE statements that were made. Recently, some employees have been let go, which has clearly resulted in juvenile behavior, such as leaving poor reviews for personal gain. The environment of the work place is nothing short of incredible. Those who work for Live Rez at the moment are a true representation of who the company is. Before the previous employees were fired, I believe that they were not representing the company as it should be. I would also like to touch on the CEO. He is an amazing man who honors and supports his employees to no end. He has worked very hard to build strong relationships with the team, as well as those who Live Rez has had an impact on. Just being around him for a few moments, you will quickly realize how much he cares for the company and all it's employees. Truly an inspirational man who I am grateful to know and learn from.

Unfortunately the company is taking some low hits due to an unfortunate bunch of last employees.

It started out great, thought it would be a good long-term fit. Pay was good and the work challenging.

Infighting, finger-pointing, constant on-call support and betrayal by leadership ended up in the entire product team being laid off after acquiring a competing product.
