Pros
Lots of opportunity - I started in support & was given the opportunity to help in other departments, which led to a full time role. I know the company will be hiring for 10+ roles this coming year so the ability to move around & find what fits you is massive. Extremely flexible - able to work from home or in the office if you're local. I appreciate the fact that I am not micromanaged & empowered to make choices & take risks. Everyone is extremely collaborative & actually care about each other. We care about the clients too, this is the first job I have had where you actually build a real relationship with the client & are able to advocate for their needs openly. Everyone is willing to help, which I appreciate because I often need it. We all know what it is like to learn the software & how deep the features go, so we get it. The transition to corporate was rough, but it always is. In the end, corporate has often given us additional resources to use when we need them & the collective industry knowledge has been invaluable. Since I started I have learned just about everything that is currently on my resume. This place really accepted me for who I am, and helped me grow via experiences & mentors along the way.
Cons
A lot of work to do, new ideas galore, but not enough people to do the work. This should be resolved with hiring this year I hope.
