Pros

LiveStories is full of brilliant passionate people all pushing towards a goal. The company is a fast growing organization with a ton of change. But its also relatively small. This means you have an option to really expand your contribution and influence to areas outside of your day to day job.

Cons

As a startup, the company has seen many different implementations and iterations. The strategy and teams have drastically shifted over the last year and, thus peoples roles and responsibilities have also changed. If your someone that prefers constant predictability and dislikes change this isn't the right spot for you.

Cons

I was employed for approximately 4 months when leadership laid off nearly half of the company from various departments. All impacted by the layoffs were herded into a video meeting and provided very little details regarding the layoffs. The company has re-branded their name so many times it's hard to keep track of which company is still operating. Lack of job security and transparency. They seem to hire based upon potential "deals" which tend to fall through.
