Employer does not care about their employees. Do not settle for the pay. Negotiate your pay. For sales don’t settle for anything less than 50K. Accounting 43K. Accounting Clerk $16. Purchasing 45K. Truck Drivers $14. They will try to cut your head off with pay. They are also trying to make employees sign non compete after you’ve been on your job for a while. They will let you go without a doubt and tell u that they got rid of your position and then hire someone in your position then the employee will turn around and sue them. I think they leaned their lesson with that one employee. They’ve been paying employees to write good reviews because the turnover rate is so bad. They’ll let you go and pay you severance if you don’t write a bad review and sign a non compete agreement. Also never put in your two weeks because they let you go the day you put in your two weeks. Sales can never hit their target for commissions because the targets are impossible to reach the director recently changed the targets to make it impossible
