Pros

Anyone under the title of VP is nice and stick together.

Cons

VP is not qualified to lead the business. No long-term strategy sticks because of lack of prep.The company could be great if they had different people managing it. No communication, conflicting direction between CEO and his VP. There are two categories of employees: those who have been there for years and the newer ones. Newer employees unless they are friends with the CEO are treated with little consideration. They think they're all that, but it is a toxic environment. Total shame!

Great care of the employees, there are holiday food and party, we see the owner who talks with us often. I like this company and want to stay here. I see people getting promoted and I am excited to earn my way to promotion to

Cons

I am not sure what the career path is but I want to be a supervisor and learn how to lead people, company is growing fast here

Cons

They don't like older workers. Long hours standing on concrete floors. Few if any breaks. Lifting heavy large plants.
