It was as if they prioritized profit over people, which led to a dreadful environment that stifled creativity. No one felt valued or heard, and it became painfully obvious that the company's priorities were all wrong.

Great care of the employees, there are holiday food and party, we see the owner who talks with us often. I like this company and want to stay here. I see people getting promoted and I am excited to earn my way to promotion to

I am not sure what the career path is but I want to be a supervisor and learn how to lead people, company is growing fast here
