Disorganised and lacking focus. Prioritise business decisions over the cultural and personal side. Encouragement and promotion of toxic employees with no dealing with them or removing them from the company. A lot of snake oil sales happening both internally and externally. Lots of lying or stretching the truth to its breaking point. The worst internal company culture possible to imagine. Good people have all left Liven by now, it's only the poor or toxic or self-serving ones who are still there. If I had to give one advice to anyone considering a job here, I say don't do it unless you really have no respect for yourself.
