-Amazingly talented team with varying backgrounds -Supportive team mid-level and down. People are always willing to jump in and help where needed. -Hybrid work environment
Cons
-VERY poor leadership -Direction of the business constantly changing with little strategy -Micromanagement style from people who do not have the knowledge or expertise in those fields -No company culture + no added benefits -Toxic work environment where team members are constantly having their jobs threatened -Not an equal opportunity employer. Hard to move up in this company and very little growth offered.
