Avoid at all cost - Anonymous employee Liven Employee Review

Winter tech is happening within this company. People are getting layoff & voluntarily resign. Recent company merger is absolutely devastating. Executive/leadership of Liven keep changing their target, not very clear about the goal. Micromanaging is just common for the execs level. They push the sales, Target were hit, commission were late for about 3 months, with no clear image/calculator. As the company is merger with 3/4 others company, they force everyone to do cross selling, however, no proper training given. No pay raise approved due to financial situation, according to them.
