Exciting promise to launch with a small team in NYC with local restaurants and lofty goals to expand service to other industries while promoting NFTS, Digital ordering, and a nuanced system for restaurants to better understand and communicate with their "super fans".
Cons
Agnostic work was not handled with priority as a lot of middle managers in Australia (home base) had multiple projects going, in addition to the US launch. The product promised in May 2022, essential to the launch and business, never came until October, when the core team was eventually let go. During those 4 months, core NY squad was left to get creative pushing a feature MVP until the rest of the suite arrived.
