Store Management needs to change - Operations Manager Living Spaces Employee Review

huge turnover! I was hired to be an operations manager, and my first day on the job the person whose spot I was taking told me "it will be a miracle if you last a year here". Its been almost a year, and she was right. Already looking for another job. Store manager is horrible! During my first month we fired 9 people for poor numbers. Every employee's sales are force ranked and the bottom 5% are "red" . Two months of red and you're gone! During my time we've fired a 72 year old guy and and a woman who was 8 months pregnant. Stay far away!
