Pros

The company did a good job supporting front-line staff with frequent morale boosters and team-focused initiatives. Pay was competitive, and bonuses were rewarding when targets were achievable. These incentives helped motivate staff and made day-to-day work more positive. The role itself had strong potential, and when goals were realistic, the compensation and recognition made the effort feel worthwhile. With consistent leadership and achievable performance targets, this could be a very strong workplace.

Cons

The warehouse itself had potential, but management was a major issue. The Senior Manager’s leadership created a difficult work environment, which led to extremely high turnover. Within the first year of the store opening, four managers left their roles. This reinforced the idea that people don’t leave jobs—they leave bad managers. Communication was poor, support was lacking, and concerns raised by staff were often ignored. These issues made it hard for employees and managers to succeed or feel valued.
