Pros

The people who you work with are amazing people. Honestly the only reason that I haven't left this place is because I love the regular employees that I work with.

Cons

The CONS list can go on forever. First of all the pay is horrible... All the good reviews you see are because the people who are writing them are employees at the stores, who get treated much differently than the slave labor they have here. So you get a raise only annually and when your review comes up the management team here looks for any reason to give you the least amount of a raise as possible. Management here are completely incompetent and use the hourly employees to blame for their lack of knowledge. They do not treat you as a person nor do they value any of the employees that work there. They were even bold enough to tell everyone at a meeting that they think that they are overpaid and don't deserve a raise. The turn over rate here is out of control. Every month they hire 20 temp guys and spend all this money to train them when they could have used this money to give its employees a raise. The temps sometimes don't even make it out of the week of training before they quit. Employees who have been with the company are highly underappreciated and underpaid and it shows with the pay scale and the treatment given. As far as any opportunity for advancement there is literally 0 chance. If there is a open Manager position (who make 80k a year to delegate their job on to the supervisors who make $15 an hour) they have made it abundantly clear that there is "No one in the warehouse capable of going to the next level". They continue to hire people from outside the company. I have been thinking about leaving the company for years and I have finally got a job offer for a manager position at Frito Lay who will literally quadruple the salary that I was making here. In my opinion based on the facts of things that have happened to me at the DC stay clear of this place for your own sake.

Pros

They have a true open door policy and are willing to humanize themselves to make sure it's understood.

Cons

No cons unless you just don't want to work. Every job has rules and a culture to maintain and protect Living Spaces is no different. But close mouths don't get fed either.
