Pros

Maybe Benefits, nobody cares if your giving a free food on Saturday or Sunday! Company profits a lot and instead of giving commission they give hourly and if the goal hits its monthly mission then they will decide among all the employees in order to give you so little chump chain..... their employee discount is the terrible .....before they use to offer 30% off but someone got hired five years ago and decided to change to only 15%......you make hourly but they will treat you like commission......and its RIDICULOUS when they brainwash their employees to great customers and tell them that they work in a "NON COMMISSION ENVIRONMENT" ! This company knows for constantly hiring then firing.....when i was working, i saw at least more than 80 co workers or managements comes and goes........

Cons

Structure sucks, micro managed, a lot of write ups, your health will go down after few months.....no class at all.......no knowledge at all.......

- Employee morale often felt low during my time there, and employees had low trust in leadership
