Pros
It was great with the management at a store level to start. It was new and exciting and everyone worked well together. They do have many opportunities for growth depending on department.
Cons
When sales start to struggle everyone gets negative and it was not a good environment. No one would take responsibility that it was their fault something didn't work out. A lot of the blame game...the culture shifted and a lot of employees didn't feel valued.
