Pros
Catered food on weekends. Monthly bonus potential. Management that cares and does everything to help you get better. Huge growth if willing to relocate. Paid well for a non-commissioned retail environment. Did I mention catered food... Also, being able to interact with customers day after day and provide them with items they'd love for their home.
Cons
Company over promises on website and call center. When customers come to the store they are often disappointed to realize that most items are not in stock and not available for same day delivery if they are on order. We preach non commission however, it is a selling environment. Not like your regular retail store. You are required to engage guest and close as many as you can. It is not necessarily a bad thing. However, you have to understand that you are expected to sell furniture and the protection plan if you are employed with Living Spaces.
