Pros
They serve you lunch on the weekends. Flexible hours
Cons
People Wake UP !! I come from a commissioned background . I knew what I was getting into when I signed up , straight hourly , but it became clearer as it went along . I only wanted part time , but , you were made to feel as though you were a commissioned salesperson . Some would write on various days that $10,000 , 20,000 , $37,000 and yet they would still only make $12 to 16 dollars per hour . Someone was getting rich , but it wasnt the salesperson doing the work . Most had non professional backgrounds and they were not making enough to afford their own apartments . They were sleeping on their counsins sofa , living with their parents , or boyfriends .. because they didn't make enough to survive. Commission at 5 percent would have been at least $500.00 for the day on a $10,000.00 order . WAKE UP !! There was a salesperson who physically assaulted another on the floor , later on it was found out there was a threat with a gun . Everyone that is reviewed is reviewed negatively , keeps the workers in line .
