Pros
-Free food on weekends -Some team members were great to work with -Lots of hours if you can sell -Pay on a weekly basis.
Cons
-The job is not a commission based job yet they treat it as if it is one by reminding you that you need to hit quota and making you do a bunch of useless math as if that is going to motivate you to sell more. If you want to motivate a salesman put a commission system that is based on his performance. I would sell 9k in furniture yet I would get paid the same as someone who sold the bare minimum for the for the day, that infuriated me off more than anything since they would get on you as soon as they noticed your sales slow down. -If you have sales experience ask for 18 hourly don't settle for a low pay unless this is your first job, you will quickly find out the negatives of this job as soon a step on the floor with your radio on. -Management needs to be held accountable for the stressful work environment on the sales floor. There's a constant disrespect across the radio on the sales floor that made a lot of good workers leave on the same week they got hired, including me.
