Pros

Pay is better than most places, free weekend lunches, some amazing staff

Cons

Hostile work environment, non commission but seriously the staff and management makes it feel like it sometimes. High school 2.0 with the emotions on the floor. Radio communication is chaotic and It’s really not about helping the guest as I initially thought when I signed on. They don’t treat minorities well, double standard and a lot of the staff hold racial biases. Not a “fun” place to work as pitched. Have to carry heavy tablets that will cause medical problems in a few years but good luck with the bill because the medical plan is subpar and doesn’t cover much and leaves you paying out of pocket quite often. Don’t stay too long and you’ll be fine, otherwise you’ll end up insane. Oh and NO HOLIDAY OFF, forced to work weekends unless you request it and if it’s a black out day, you can forget about it, so weeks around major holidays and random plentiful sale weekends throughout the year, EXPECT TO WORK.
