Pros
Management is awesome, they feed you on weekends, also it’s a dog friendly workplace (customers only) The sales team is super friendly and helpful, plus it’s non commission so less stress. And they are very transparent about employees salaries. And it’s got a nice bonus incentive program
Cons
You have to write up so much paperwork for transactions and will constantly have to repeat the same paperwork Multiple times an order. As well as sales goals are not always realistic corporate does not communicate well.
