Pros
The weekly pay Catered lunches on weekends Some nice coworkers Customer interactions
Cons
*Managers only care about getting bonuses *Only get feedback when you’re doing bad *Watching videos is your training *Employees that have been there longer are allowed to break policies that new employees aren’t (I.e wearing different color shoes Monday thru Friday when black is required). *Sales reps selling out of their areas *Being treated like commission workers even though it’s hourly. Management dangles a carrot on a stick they refer to as Gem’ing but they really only care about themselves. *Employees going to management for every little thing instead of addressing the employee first *The mandatory health plan is expensive *Mandatory weekends *No positive feedback, only negative *Negative culture amongst employees *Top sales performers are named every few hours, creating jealousy, hate, and competition when it’s supposed to be a team environment *Suspension is possible without a reason or incident given to the employee. HR plays favorites and discriminates against certain employees based on age, sex, and even looks *All managers and general managers are females, creating a very feminist attitude amongst employees
