Good discount on mattress once you become permanent

They promote world class customer service. But all the care about Is the volume of calls dropped and keeping that volume low. In return they expect us to handle a call in 4 minutes there are customer issues that cannot be resolved in 4 minutes. Copany's policies are sometimes unfair to the customer. Accommodation is terrible when it comes to making thing right for the customer.80% of the calls that come in are upset customers ready to scream your ear off. Not to mention the customers that have no reason to be mad but are terribly rude. At the end of the day the call center reps are the ones that take all the heat.
