Pros
You meet a lot of different people from all over through customers and coworkers. Potential for travel work and possibly get a promotion. Somewhat flexible scheduling and full benefits for full time employees.
Cons
-They need to hire better management, people that are actually dedicated to their job. -They don’t ensure our mangers know how to behave professionally. {applies to employees too^} -They don’t pay people for their work or allow a commission based option for pay for those who want it. -They don’t deal with matters accordingly, minor issues are more of an importance to HR than major issues. -Lots of Bullying from management -Non consistent training. No one is taught the same and it’s up to you to learn on your own time. -There are cliques, so if you aren’t social, start learning how to be starting now.
