Pros

Very few if any. There’s some great people there and some real narcissistic ones that kiss up to management. Get on their bad side and you’re black listed.

Cons

If you don’t want a life, ever want a weekend off, and made to feel undervalued, then this is the perfect place for you to work at. They want you to sell like you’re getting commission but you don’t. Dangling carrots with talk of store bonus - what a joke! Never happens. Raises? Non-existent, even for top performers. Extremely high turnover. You’re just a means to an end - and the end is all about making profit for mgmt - the only salaried employees on staff. Company all store mandatory meeting at 7:30 a.m. with “prizes, rewards and recognition” - they handed out mangoes and plastic lays with a Hawaiian themed party atmosphere. It was like living a bad episode of The Office. Constantly playing numbers games with you - you’re not making enough sales here, not selling enough warranty (which is a sham - they say they cover accidental damage - they don’t) Flaunt $2 beer and wine and free kids play area - guests (not paying customers) come in and drop off their kids for free day care and get drunk. Within the 6 months I worked there, 26 employees quit. Extremely high turnover because they treat their employees awful. AVOID WORKING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! There’s a lot better job opportunities out there. This company is a joke. Run like a bad version of BestBuy gone wrong. Pit crew management sitting at the front door monitoring sales numbers every hour on the hour. If you’re not making them enough $, you’re on borrowed time. Intimidating and belittling management. The place is a ripe law suit waiting to happen.

Pros

They have a true open door policy and are willing to humanize themselves to make sure it's understood.

Cons

No cons unless you just don't want to work. Every job has rules and a culture to maintain and protect Living Spaces is no different. But close mouths don't get fed either.
