Pros
Free lunch on weekends, if any is left before your assigned lunch break. Good commercials, wide selection and large showrooms.
Cons
Leadership is controlling, has an environment of low trust all the GOOD caring people quit or are fired because they fail to worship leaders and are treated like children, they in turn do the same to the reps, too much unchecked power, it's so sad that employee attrition is very high. If you brown nose hard and long enough you get to stay, strong leaders who think for themselves and care about people DO NOT LAST!
