Pros
There is a great work environment amongst the leaders of this company who speak the same language as far as the vision for the company. There is alot of support for someone who wants to grow with the company, it hasn't always been this way. I appreciate the company you focusing more on growth and development of it's team members because It promotes internal growth.
Cons
Annual reviews could be better considering bonuses aren't guaranteed and although it is rewarding when you do bonus, looking up after working a year for the company, it doesnt always feel as rewarding.
