Pros
The benefits are great. There is a monthly bonus depending on if the department as a whole reaches the monthly KPI's (goals). It's typically busy so time doesn't drag out too much. Lunches are provided every weekend to all employees. There is room for growth. However, there are more with some positions than others, and depending on how open you are to different job responsibilities. The company is rapidly expanding.
Cons
There is a high turnover rate. Personally, I believe it's due to lack of proper training, and some people just cannot handle the job. It can be a stressful environment if you are not used to dealing with upset customers or complicated situations. The structure is always changing so there is no consistency with management, training, and some of the policies. Management is still trying to figure out how to be organized, and efficient.
