It's a pretty great work environment. The office is open and beautiful. The company makes a lot of effort to get people involved and make them feel comfortable (social events, hackathons, group demos, seminars, team events, etc). The people are smart and friendly. Diversity is valued and supported. Work quality and output in all functional areas is of really high quality. Everyone here knows what they're doing, and you'll be given the freedom to own your own work and responsibilities. If you're smart and have a lot of drive, you can go far.
