They also don't help employees resolve problems. As you can guess, turnover is high. Pay and benefits are low for tech too. The work perks are poor for tech too. They also rely too much on contractors. It's not a tech company but a retail company using tech, so don't expect to create a lot of impact if you are in a technical role.
