This place is one of the worse companies I've ever worked for. They overwork you and choose favs to move up the corporate ladder without proving their skills or performance (it's literally their first jobs). If you can sweet talk them into saying what they want to hear, you're going to do well without actually knowing anything. Inexperienced, unknowledgeable leadership who don't know anything are trying to lead juniors and have them figure things out. Our particular director makes all the juniors write performance reports and gives her a "talk track" to read through during her exec meetings. Is it really their job and are they qualified for it? No! But that person has no idea what they're doing, they need it to keep their job. This place is stressful, and you are always working in fear, waiting for the next performance pop quiz to come. There is a culture of interrogation when things don't go well instead of solving problems and strategizing. Directors and senior managers will throw everyone below them under the bus to save themselves. Don't fall for their corporate propaganda. They pretend to be performance driven and knowledgeable but actually don't know what they're doing. They say fancy words to make them sound smart. If you are good at your job coming in, you'll see through their BS. They will never let you thrive if you go against them. There is a crazy culture of back to back meetings all day every day with the expectation that you're working and thinking time falls outside of your work hours (evenings and weekends). Run far away.
