Since the latest Leader took her position (who has no legit functional experience), talented employees started to flee the org. People with no relevant experience take up roles because they benefit from an inner circle that exists. People who don’t have talent would “play the game” and grow within the organization. Makes no sense when they don’t do anything to retain good talent. Ironically they have digital in their name and people who grow within the org have no leadership or digital experience - just agreeing to lame plans and schmoosing will help you succeed. A donkey could do the same thing every day and that would be enough to be celebrated at LD.
