Terrible Leadership at all levels - Product Management Loblaw Digital Employee Review

- Very very poor senior leadership at the org, tech, HR and product levels (snap decisions made that massively affect employees wellbeing with very little notice) - very "big brother" - checking door logs to ensure compliance with return to office requirements - very few standards in the product org (again poor leadership) - PMs have very little control over their own roadmaps - Communication distribution is terrible. Different messages are heard from different leaders.
