The leadership is both out of touch and actively destructive: - They set priorities that are not aligned with the customer, and Product Owners are sidelined. - Conflicts between Tech and Product leadership result in high frustration and turnover - Gaps in leadership are not addressed for months and then filled with ineffective directors and leaders - Pay doesn't keep up with inflation or the cost of living
