      Smart & socially minded people, competitive salary/benefits, great work/life balance, can see tangible results of work in communities

      Experience almost completely depends on your direct manager and your location - some have more aggressive styles and make great community partners and some are highly conservative, far less transparent in their approach. Decisions can be slow and change comes very hard
